AN Group began in 2002 with humble beginnings as a small trading business in Penang, Malaysia. Through years of dedication, hard work, and a steadfast commitment to serving our customers, the company has grown into today's well-established and diversified AN Group.
From our early roots in fuel and lubricant trading, we have successfully expanded into multiple industrial and essential commodity sectors. Our business portfolio now includes the trading of diesel, petrol, gas, all types of oil and lubricants, palm oil and sludge palm oil products, sugar, flour, cooking oil, used cooking oil, and refined oil. We also operate petrol stations, provide transport agency services, and engage in the trading of coil and steel materials.
Today, AN Group is recognized as a trusted one-stop partner for industrial and energy solutions, valued for our extensive service coverage and proven ability to support growing and evolving market demands. Beyond product supply, we deliver reliable and efficient transportation services that ensure smooth end-to-end delivery across a wide range of industries.

Our fleet drivers undergo comprehensive training and operate in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring safe and dependable service. 2002
Early Beginnings – Bukit Mertajam, Jalan Megat Harun, Penang
The company started in a small office in Bukit Mertajam, Jalan Megat Harun, Penang. Despite limited space and resources, this humble location laid the foundation for our growth, team development, and customer base.
2022
Expansion to Kuala Lumpur
In 2022, we expanded to Kuala Lumpur and established a modern, spacious three-storey office with a contemporary design—strengthening our presence in the central region and supporting the growing demands of our business.
2023
Bukit Mertajam Office Transformation
In 2023, our Bukit Mertajam office was expanded and upgraded into a vibrant, employee-focused workspace. The upgraded facility sits on a total land size of 3,765.846 m² and features a café, gaming area, karaoke room, and various recreational spaces designed to foster teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
2024
Diversification Into Metal Roofing
In 2024, we expanded our business into the metal roofing industry by acquiring an established metal roofing company, now operating under the name An Marketing Solution Sdn. Bhd.
2024
Diversification With Xcel Station (Bukit Kayu Hitam)
In 2024, we ventured into the fuel retail industry by launching Xcel Station in Bukit Kayu Hitam, offering non-subsidized petrol and diesel for logistics operators and travellers from Thailand.
2025
Cross-Border Expansion to Hatyai, Thailand
In 2025, we expanded across the border into Hatyai, Thailand—marking a major step toward regional growth, tapping new markets, and strengthening our international footprint.
